Peter F. Vaira currently serves as the Independent Hearing Officer for the Laborers International Union of North America, a 700,000 member union, hearing disciplinary charges, trusteeship complaints, and election protests. The firm has extensive experience in management-labor relationships, internal union governance, and the firm is comfortable in representing both labor and management.

The firm has extensive experience in sports management. The firm currently counsels a major figure in the National Hockey League. In the past the firm has represented a minor league baseball team in litigation and integrity matters.
