Attorney Profiles

Ms. Nagle's practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, complex civil litigation and labor arbitration. Ms. Nagle assisted in an extensive internal investigation of a venture capital fund. Ms. Nagle assisted in the defense of a law firm in a lawsuit for abuse of process, which resulted in a successful summary judgment.

As part of the firm's labor arbitration practice, Ms. Nagle has drafted judicial opinions for the Independent Hearing Officer of the Laborers' International Union of North America after conducting disciplinary and trusteeship hearings. She has also drafted numerous dispositive motions in civil litigation.

Ms. Nagle second chaired a two-week criminal trial in which she conducted direct and cross-examination of witnesses and assisted in the preparation of the examination of expert witnesses. Ms. Nagle has drafted post-sentence motions and appellate briefs for criminal appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

Prior to joining Vaira & Riley, Ms. Nagle worked for a construction litigation firm.
