Peter Vaira presented IRS Agent Seminar
Peter Vaira was the Course Planner and Moderator of the Dealing with IRS Special Agents Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE seminar. The seminar was presented in Philadelphia and simulcast to Mechanicsburg on July 8, 2026 and in Pittsburgh on July 21, 2003. The faculty consisted of experienced criminal lawyers and former Internal Revenue Service Agents from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. The seminar dealt with the concentration of IRS Special Agents on criminal tax prosecutions of businesses and professional individuals, including: defense strategies, tax filing issues during criminal investigations, and defending against an IRS summons.
