Peter Vaira and Jack Gruenstein present at CLE seminar
Peter Vaira and Jack Gruenstein were among the presenters at the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Laywers (PACDL) "For the Experienced" CLE seminar. Messrs. Vaira and Gruenstein took part in a panel discussion lecturing to a group of experienced criminal defense laywers as part of the Sentencing Mitigation session of the program. Mr. Vaira served as the panel moderator and Mr. Gruenstein addressed topics on sentencing departures under the federal guidelines. The PACDL seminar was a two-day program that covered all phases of federal criminal practice.
